Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: 10 October 2026
This notice explains how CreatorFunds uses personal information when you browse our website, apply as a creator, enquire about a partnership or contact us.
1. Who is responsible
Creator Funds (creatorfunds.org) is operated by Moxon AI Group Ltd, the data controller for the uses described in this notice. Correspondence address: 88 Baker Street, London, W1U 6TQ, United Kingdom.
For privacy questions, rights requests or complaints, email mrdeansgate@gmail.com. You may also contact us at apply@creatorfunds.org.
2. Information we collect
- Applications: name, email, social handles and profile links, platform, audience range, niche, location where requested, content examples, campaign preferences and your answers.
- Business enquiries: contact name, business name, email, phone number if provided, office preference, subject and message.
- Subscriptions: email address, requested campaign updates and any marketing opt-in.
- Correspondence: messages, partnership discussions, privacy requests and records needed to deal with them.
- Technical information: hosting and form providers may process IP addresses, request times, browser information and security logs to serve the site and prevent abuse.
We receive information directly from you and may review the public social profiles and content you share to assess campaign suitability. Required form fields let us identify and respond to your request; without them we may be unable to consider an application. Optional fields and marketing choices are voluntary. Please do not submit passwords, identity documents or sensitive personal information in application forms.
3. Why we use information and our legal bases
- Handle applications and partnership enquiries: take steps at your request before entering a contract, where applicable; otherwise our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and matching creators with relevant opportunities.
- Manage an agreed collaboration: perform our contract with you and meet applicable legal obligations.
- Assess campaign suitability: our legitimate interests in identifying relevant content, audiences and brand fit, balanced against your privacy and expectations.
- Email marketing and launch alerts you request: your consent. This is separate from application and service messages. Withdraw it by using an unsubscribe option where available or emailing us.
- Site security, fraud prevention and essential administration: our legitimate interests in protecting the site, applicants and our business.
- Respond to privacy requests and maintain records required by law: our legal obligations; establish or defend legal claims where necessary under our legitimate interests.
Your right to object: you can object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. You can object to direct marketing at any time, and we must stop using your information for that purpose.
4. Who receives information
Access is limited to the people and services needed for the relevant task:
- Netlify: hosts this website and processes the forms marked for Netlify Forms. See Netlify’s privacy information.
- FormSubmit: processes the Marvalous Competitions application and forwards it to our partnership email inbox at mrdeansgate@gmail.com. Its documentation says submissions are retained for 30 days; delivered email copies are separate. See FormSubmit’s privacy information and retention information.
- Email providers: process messages and delivered submissions, including Google/Gmail for the partnership inbox.
- Relevant campaign partners: the profile and application details needed to consider or manage the collaboration you apply for. A partner that uses data for its own purposes is responsible for its own privacy notice.
- Professional advisers or public authorities: where necessary for a legal obligation, dispute or protection against fraud.
Application submission is not permission for unrelated partner marketing. If you follow a competition or social-platform link, that service’s own policy applies. CreatorFunds does not handle competition ticket purchases on this website.
5. International processing
Our hosting, form and email services operate internationally and may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. UK transfer rules require an applicable adequacy arrangement or appropriate safeguards, such as approved contractual clauses and the UK Addendum or International Data Transfer Agreement, where relevant. Netlify publishes its data-processing terms and transfer arrangements. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards applicable to your information; we will explain the relevant arrangement and how to obtain a copy, subject to necessary redactions.
6. How long information is kept
We keep information only for as long as needed for its purpose. Application and enquiry retention depends on whether the campaign is open, an application is being considered, follow-up is needed or an ongoing relationship exists. Subscription information is needed while you receive the updates you requested. Contract and financial records may need to be kept to meet statutory obligations or resolve claims. We review information for deletion when those purposes end.
If you unsubscribe or object to marketing, we may retain a minimal suppression record so you are not added again. Privacy-request records may be retained to demonstrate how we handled the request. Provider retention and backups may differ from our working records. Ask us for the retention criteria applicable to a specific record or request deletion.
7. Cookies, analytics and external services
From 10 October 2026, Google Analytics is disabled on the main CreatorFunds pages. We do not load it automatically or set analytics cookies through that integration. Your browser may still hold cookies set on earlier visits; you can remove them through its settings.
Hosting and anti-abuse services may use storage necessary to deliver or secure a requested service. Fonts, script libraries and externally hosted images can also result in network requests that disclose your IP address and browser information to their providers. These include Google-hosted images/fonts and Cloudflare’s cdnjs where used. Third-party websites and videos you choose to open may use their own cookies. We will provide a consent choice before introducing tracking that requires consent.
8. Your rights
Depending on the processing and applicable law, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or a portable copy of information; object to relevant processing; and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. These rights are subject to statutory conditions and exceptions. See our data-deletion page for a simple request route. You do not have to use a particular form or legal wording.
We respond without undue delay and normally within one calendar month. Where legally permitted for complex or multiple requests, we may extend by up to two further months and explain this within the initial month. If identity verification is reasonably necessary, we ask only for proportionate information and explain the effect on the response period. Requests are normally free.
9. Children and automated decisions
This site promotes professional creator and brand collaborations. Some featured campaigns are expressly for adults. Please contact us if a child’s information has been submitted so we can assess the appropriate protection or removal. The application forms do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects; applications are submitted for team review.
10. Privacy complaints
Email mrdeansgate@gmail.com with the concern and how we can reply. We acknowledge a data-protection complaint within 30 days, investigate it, keep you informed and communicate the outcome without undue delay. A complaint and a rights request have different response deadlines.
You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and seek a judicial remedy. Visit the ICO complaints page or call 0303 123 1113. Other applicable supervisory authorities may also be available to you.
11. Updates
We update this notice when our practices change. The date above identifies this version; material changes will be brought to your attention where appropriate.
